Well, my little brown chick did not reappear today so I must assume he became a meal for the pit bulls next door. The little blondie made it up on the roost with the big chickens and is safe this morning. Now if I could just catch her, I would lock her away in a cage but after 45 minutes of chasing her I am too out-of-breath to keep trying. Here she is last night:

I hope you are able to find a decently priced roofer before time runs out. The property you are trying to close on is absolutely wonderfull, though yes, it will need work. Anyways, I hope you are able to get everythign all figured out.

That sounds like good news!

They are willing to work it out and delay escrow a bit. Have you found out who the "approved" roofers are?
