I dunno Kathy, are you sure that's the Icelandic? Or are we gonna be hearing 3 months from now that you found her in your dellie flock?

Mary........the coop looks gorgeous. I too would raise the feeder up a bit, so it doesn't get clogged with shavings. As for the freaks, iffy on #1 but leaning towards girl, #2 looks like a girl, #3 and #4 look like boys, not sure on #5 the wellie type colors are throwing me off. Lots of crests in that hatch for you!

Kathy, also congrats on the babies! I wonder if the two tone ones will end up being mottled when they feather in?

ACK the whole house smells of skunk, dogs got it right in the face...ran through the whole house, rubbed their faces all over the bed...eyes stinging from the smell...and this all started at 2:30am...any ideas guys, besides going to live out with the chickens?

We did the hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, soap mixture at 2:30 am, and will get the dog washed today but the HOUSE is so bad...any advice about that. I'm calling the steam cleaner for the carpet

Cheryl, I can't find your comment to quote but you asked how I get so much done. I will share my secrets with you only. All others, please look away. Here are the rules while coop building:

#1) Order delivery Pizza every night. Change up the toppings to make it seem like different meals.

2.) Only load the dishwasher when you run out of sinks in the house.

3.) Pie for breakfast with coffee in a dirty BYC mug.

There you have it. The secrets to my success. I really should write a book.
