And all 24 are in some stage of hatching, the first one is already totally out, a solid black with dark feet, already looks like a roo to me, I know it sounds odd but after seeing so many there are some little things about the way they are put together that even at birth somehow speaks male or female really loudly, the rest are all in different stages of zipping now and the most chirpy bunch I have ever had! I am now officially over run with Icelandics and I love it! My Behl second generation baby has just got in her new breast feathers and gone from light brown all over to totally mottled! Every single feather has a white tip, just beautiful and she has a perfect crest. Mary I have a roo from the Rala line that is EXACTLY like your white n red one, as well as a solid black, both crested! Talk about variety!
I am soooo excited to see what this hatch brings!
