Has feathered legs.

A few of the yellow chicks I hatched this time have leg and foot feather too. (Psst...don't tell Jake!)

I don't think I am going to keep it Kelly. I have way too many Icelandics now. If I keep it, I need to keep another one for company unless I give it to Lukka. Hey, maybe I should do that and just take the Barnevelder eggs back from her tonight and slip this chick in with her. But that still doesn't address the issue of having too many already. Grhh.

Note the first brown chick has GREEN LEGS MARY!!!!!!!
I went & looked at mine after you posted the bird with green legs, and I have one too!
It is the pullet who looks like a pheasant!

I do not know if this pic shows the olive green legs or not.
I really have to catch them in the coop roosting to get a good pic.
They are so fast & so very busy!!
Edited to add: The black pullet shown (Jane) is pure black & crested and has blue legs...wow.

I will build a special nella brooder just for them !

That is trippy Mary - look how much it resembles a barnevelder chick. (minus the leg feathering)
