Louis looks like a flirt! Silly thing! All your pictures and videos make me want an emu.
That will never happen though. I have no place to put an emu. NO, I really don't. I keep reminding myself of that fact.

Okay, so my evening wasn't the greatest. I decided I'd make some more jam (made jelly around lunch) so I was working on making Triple Berry Jam to clear out my freezer of all the stuff in it. So I get the jam done and I'm cleaning up and looking forward to laying down and relaxing. My son lets the dog in and that's when it hit me..................yup, ode de skunk perfume. Just what I wanted to take care of.

Thankfully she came into the kitchen to see me and didn't have time to rub on anything - put her back outside FAST. Got the baking soda, peroxide and dishsoap ready and carried her to the shower. Luckily, this time (she got sprayed last year on Halloween) she didn't get sprayed up her nose - she reeked for MONTHS after that.

So now I get to relax and I'm pooped. Sometimes having a dog is a pain in the rear.
