I've never had goose before. Much to Mary's disappointment, we did try goat a couple weeks ago. I didn't like it, but my DH did. (but he likes lamb too and I don't)

Watch out for those Isbars - I hatched 7 from Mary and they were all cockerels! But then she hatches 2 and they are both pullets. Sumthin sneaky goin on!
