How common are the slate legs in Icelandic's? I have a young crested black and gold one with slate legs.

Also has anyone seen or have stock from Sand Hill Preservation?

Slate legs are fairly common.

I love the spotting on the feathers. I have not seen much of that out west yet.

The mottled birds are more prevalent in the line imported by Lyle Behl. Sigrid told me she hasn't had that many. I believe the birds that Sandhill is selling are from Lyle's line.
