If the whites of boiled eggs are sticking to the shells and are difficult to peel is that a sign of lack of calcium?

I bring my 2-week old eggs out of the fridge at least an hour before I plan to cook them so they'll be at room temp. Then I bring the water to a boil before putting the eggs in. Bring the water back to a boil, turn the heat off, cover and let set 11 or 12 minutes. Dump out the water and fill the pan with ice water to stop the cooking. They should peel easily whether you peel immediately or refrigerate to peel as needed. And they won't have a tough, green rind on the outside of the yolk!
You do your eggs sort of like mine.
Straight from the fridge to cold water. Then bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat let set for 20 mins. Then straight to an ice bath, and into the fridge. Peel when cooled. Never have a problem peeling. Fresh or old

I do more or less the same thing. I boil the eggs, drain them and them plunge them into ice water and let them sit in the ice water for around 20 minutes. Once in awhile I get a sticker but most just slide out of the shells when I peel them.
