This is one I've never heard before. Gonna have to try it!Just a sign of fresh eggs! I put a little bit of baking powder in the water when boiling and it helps a lot.
You do your eggs sort of like mine.I bring my 2-week old eggs out of the fridge at least an hour before I plan to cook them so they'll be at room temp. Then I bring the water to a boil before putting the eggs in. Bring the water back to a boil, turn the heat off, cover and let set 11 or 12 minutes. Dump out the water and fill the pan with ice water to stop the cooking. They should peel easily whether you peel immediately or refrigerate to peel as needed. And they won't have a tough, green rind on the outside of the yolk!
