I THOUGHT I had those settings turned off though. I have something turned off. Personalized ads maybe. That’s why I wasn’t sure. But that’s sad.
Your phone can absolutely listen in on conversations. And it does. So do smart tvs. Don't even get me started on those Alexa things
Didn’t the Alexa things get in big trouble years ago for sending someone’s conversations somewhere? I forgot the details but it was like listening without permission and then they somehow accidentally got sent somewhere I think.
Holy crapThose Alexa things have placed Amazon orders without my knowledge. And ours are thermostats
Watch what you say in front of them. I had my husband disconnect them from my Amazon account after that.
