If you are warmer than -58........

I reserve the right to complain in the summer. Not many of you folks get 115 degree weather.

Okay, I will try to quit bellyachin' about the -teens we've had on and off...and I've definitely whined about the days that weren't above 0 for the high...but we also get over 100 in the summer for days at a time, sometimes not dropping below 90 at night while we're at it...and humid. I LOVE the heat...hate the cold. Grew up in southern AZ, and over time got used to the humidity here in Kansas, but never got used to the cold...I think Hell is made of cold, personally!

It looks gorgeous in AK! I think it must be wonderful, but as my hubby says, my thermostat is broken, and I can't handle under 75: have to sleep with a feather comforter in the summer to deal with the AC on at 78!

Again, though...

-58

...that's just mad.

PineappleMama ~ I agree everyone has and idea area to live in and mine is rather uhm different I guess to most, but I wouldnt have it any other way. Not only would I melt in the heat of most places in the lower 48 but no mountains down south are anything to compare to ours in my eyes. Some are so impressive they dont even look real here. When I was little I thought they were fake untill I had been on them myself....I just love it.

PaulaJoAnne ~ We are having a heat wave here its only -10 today. Heck even my birds just had to go out and play for a bit. Its funny watching them play in the run and then head back in to warm up and out again they go. This will keep up untill I shut the door. Silly birds!
