My girls were dust bathing all in a row yesterday when one came walking on each one of them until she got to the end of the row & dug herself in. What was so funny that not one got up. They all just patiently laid there being walked on.

My chickens love it when I grab my shovel and work in the garden turning the soil. They will gobble up the worms then break up the chucks of dirt in search of more. They are actually helping me prepare the soil. During our little heat wave 80+ degrees they did take advantage of the heat and spent quite a bit of time dust bathing. The last day it has cooled and we had some rain well it won’t be long until summer.
