I'd pay off my dad's debt, and help out on the inlaws.
Buy some land and get a house built, a sprawling ranch with a master suite, but only 3 bedrooms. Finished basement with a bar and stuff, a walk-out if possible. Landscaped critter free yard, with easy access to the animals. Everything designed for energy efficient, ease of care, and maybe an apartment in the barn for someone to stay in if they house sat. I'm weird about people in the house when I'm not there, but a care giver's house would be cool.
Offer to move my dad to his own ranch house on the property. Maybe the inlaws too to get them from their place. Us in the middle... neat trails connecting it all? That wouldn't be too bad. One big garden for all.
A truck, a boat, and a Prius. Couple of 4 wheelers. 2 mini horses, maybe 4.
10% to the church. Couple of charities that DID NOT contact me after they found out I won. I'm not big on supporting solicitation. Or do that show "undercover millionaire" where they submerse you into a good project but no one knows you have money, and then you come out and donate. That would be fun and you'd know exactly where your money is going. I'm really weird about not knowing what the dollars are doing. I don't want to be paying them to fund raise more or line their own pockets, I want to actually see some results. At least with the church, I know it's going to either the school or a mission. Directly. Or the electric bill, or a new van. They tell you every Sunday what's on the agenda and they say thanks if there isn't an immediate need. One of the few churches I've ever been to that didn't try to guilt you into giving or talk about it for too long.
I wouldn't help any family other than the parents. You help one aunt, they all want a piece. You help one cousin, the rest will come knocking. Everyone should understand the parents bore us and raised us, we'll help them. Might have to disown a couple of uncles, they are... money hounds and beg/barrow/ sometimes steal.
Would invest half of what's left after everything was situated. Not buying anything ridiculous, or over the top. No reason to get stupid with it. Not getting so many animals that it would be impossible to travel. Might get a toy hauler RV and hit the yard for 6 months or something.
Only thing left to do is win! LOL
