today they would have said "your finger tasted good, and your shoe laces look real yummy". then I got one who would likely say, "there is nothing wrong with me jumping on your back while you are bent over collecting eggs!!!!"

tomorrow I am sure they will say "what the heck is all this white stuff on the ground??" (its supposed to snow a bit tonight/tomorrow morning..blah...)

Mmmmmm well, my roo got an attitude today and decided to fight me (he lost) while I was attempting to dish out some treats. It was a MAJOR fuss with him flying all over the pen trying to attack. The hens were cursing him out, I guess they figured "tick off Mama, no treats" since that HAS been done before. So the hens ran him into a corner, let me finish dishing everything out, and then would not let him eat until the all had their share first, fussin and a cussin at him the whole time. Last time I checked, they still have him in "time out"

Love it when the hens discipline the roo and I don't have to!

Mine would say, GET off BYC and get out there and finish that new coop for the Sultans! New chicks are quickly becoming chickens and the layer coop is awefully crowded right now.

I'm pretty sure mine would cuss me out over clipping their wings this week so they could not fly over the fence anymore. It worked on the rooster, but the hen still gets out. Oh well. At least she comes in to lay so I get an egg every day!
