this is the thing, if you've got snakes outside, then you've most likely got MICE outside, snakes RARELY if ever just "hang out" where there is no food, so if this snake was INSIDE, then you've most likely got MICE inside, whether you see them or not, I do not see any snakes around here, but that doesn't mean there arn't any, our himilayan got bitten by a snake the other week when he got out, we just took the drain out the vet put in to drain any infection.

thats the same with spiders, spiders outside,means insects outside, spiders inside means insects inside you see.

not that I blame you for killing it, last summer i think it was, when I bred mice, I found a HUGE black snake in one of my tanks, happily munching on some 4 week old babies, and their momma, I yanked it out with some meat tongs, took it outside, then procided it kill it with a table umbrela (sp?)
