And I know what ya mean about others saying that its wrong, I mean come on! They can say all they want when they see/read about it on the computer but what would they do if it was in their house/coop?!
 
Oh wow! I just saved a 5 foot black snake that was in the middle of the road!! I hate to kill anything... Accept flies how I hate them!! Wish you could've relocated him to somewhere away from your home, but I guess you do what you need to in situations like this.

On another note, my inlaws lived in the GA mountains for a few years. They had to check their bed for scorpions everynight, and my MIL actually took a shower with one (by accident) one time!! Now that creeps me out

My house is literally built on a giant ant farm! They crawl in through the window frames, under the doors, through the tiny holes drilled for cable/phone lines. They are HORRIBLE!!! Snakes are easy, pick them up, put them out.

Well, we've put up dry wall everywhere where the attic was exposed in those unfinished bedrooms. And we mortered all holes in the chimney. I will let you kno if anything happens. However, today is going to be cool and it may not get so hot in the attic(they may be content up there). After getting 3 in 2 days from the attic, you would think there would be no more, right?!

On a lighter note, one the cats left me a dead mouse on the back deck this morning. At least I don't have to worry about the mouse population!!
