My sister in law is the same way. Funny thing is she is a farm girl. She refuses to eat fresh eggs because it may be fertilized

I have 5 roosters in my flock. I offered to give one to my friend who has all hens so she could experience the excitement of hatching her own chicks. She politely refused, saying her husband wouldnt eat the eggs fearing they would be fertilized.
