YEA !!!!! We have found a home for my little Snowy....I mean Joey !!!

I never knew my boss's wife had chickens.....well someone was talking (laughing) about my situation and my boss's wife said to them "that was great! as her Roo had just been grabbed by a fox the previous week". So....I went this am to drop him off....he was not happy with the ride in the truck in a box, nor when he was turned out in a run that he was not familiar with....but after a few weeks in a separate run, he will be moved into the run with his new girls....all eight of them....he has tons more room than I had and will be able to free range through a grape vineyard and pretty much own the joint....needless to say my kids and I are thrilled !

I also called on a new Araucana hen on craigslist that I am going to look at tonight....but that's another post !

Araucana don't have tails, beards, or muffs.
I have one that looks just like him.
