Is that a touch of a crest behind his comb? If so, I am thinking he's an olive egger.

A crest is some extra feathers on top of the head. Some breeds have large crests like Polish and some are much smaller like a Cream Legbar

Bread I'm 90 percent it's a rooster.

Makes no difference. Typically once they're fully feathered, breed is apparent. I'm 100% he's a cockerel.
