I wish mine would get me eggs like that. I might have to try your method. So do you think that the neighbors will notice emus in the backyard?

I was fairly sure that someone would have thought that the llamas would have been little too much for a suburban backyard. I still miss my llamas. I was going to get emus up until I was told that they need 7 ft high chain link fencing. That slowed me down a bit.

They are cute...Hubby is arguing with me right now...he's trying to tell me Emu eggs are white...

Edit to say: The more I look at this the more I think this *might* be possible. This thing is pretty big. I guess we'll see.
