I had the progesterone issue as well, after 2 losses found a smart doc who did testing right away, identified the issue and then went on to have our 4th.

Praying hard for you. Lost twins at 12 weeks the second go round. Spotting with brown blood for several days before. I always spotted dark blood before and I just knew. Have they done a transvaginal ultrasound?
