Im interested in Ameraucanas and found a local person with pullets, but need help

Ameraucanas have blue legs and lay blue eggs. Easter eggers can have any color legs and any color eggs. Also Ameraucanas are supposed to have red ear holes (sorry don't know the professional term for them).

The rest of the bird should only be grey, white, or black.

Guess I'm seeing brown in both.
