Hi!
We are anxiously awaiting our egg delivery tomorrow to begin this exciting new backyard project. We are going to try to incubate 8 Silkie eggs.
We chose our breed after a lot of research. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children, a dog and an exceptionally spoiled house bunny. We hope that these chickens will help us manage the garden pests and eventually give us some small yummy eggs.
We are looking forward to growing and spoiling our little flock and are sure to have a zillion questions along the way!
