I'm new!

Hey ya'll! I started raising goats and chickens 2 years ago! I currently have 9 chickens and 4 pygmy goats. My chickens consist of a Brahma, a Buff Orpington, 3 Easter Eggers, and 4 Red Hybrids! I love watching them in the mornings while they start their day of free ranging. Besides taking care of my animals, I am in Nursing School and I am a high school cheer coach. I'm located in Southern Illinois so we got hit pretty hard by the winter storm that came through. I'm 23 and live with my family still while I'm in school, but I'm the only one who will take care of the animals. I'm thinking of adding a turkey or 2 to the mix, but I'm unsure. I keep hearing great things about having them as a pet, but I'm just worried.

Heard about this forum while doing some research about bumble foot so I'm excited to be apart of it!
