I'm pregnant! (8 months along now, no longer morning sick!)

I forgot to add that between 6 p.m. last night and 8 a.m. this morning I puked four times, if dry heaves count as a puke. I think they do

Today I felt sickly until lunch, when I started feeling hungry. I ate a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese and it stayed down! Then I had my husband bring me some french fries when he picked me up from work, which I followed with eggplant parmesan. It hasn't come up yet so I feel victorious!

Hi there.

Congrats on your pregnancy. I am now pregnant with girl #3 and due in Late August. Anyway, I have had very bad morning, noon, and night sickness with all three of the for the first 6+ months. The thing that worked best for me is seabands. You have to usually ask for them at the Walmart pharmacy because they keep them behind the counter. They are just little wrist bands that hit some pressure point on your wrist. I had to get two pair because I wore them 24 hrs a day and they had to be washed often. They did the trick for me. The other thing, this pregnancy, is that I keep a jar of PB beside the bed and have a big spoonful every morning. With this pregnancy, being short on protein seems to trigger nausea. This sucks because I really don't like PB. Anyway, hope some of this helps you.

Xtina Congradulations

I read that you are having some terriable morning sickness. I see you have been given many suggestions. As a person who has gotten motion sickness most of my life and has made it almost impossable to fly , or travel on a hilly and curving road.

I use ginger in capsules I find them at Walmart. I used them just before we flew back home from Texas And I sat at the window seat and looked out

they do really work. I use them when ever I know I will be doing something that causes me to get nausea, like lounging one of our horses, In the middle having them go around me in circle

It was tested on Danish Sailors on the rough seas so that was why I tryed it.

Congrats on the baby!!! Oh and about the morning sickness, Metoclopramide!! I swore by that when I was preggers both times. Other than that I ordered some suckers offline. Can't remember the name but they worked. Were different flavors since ginger(flavor) made me sick.

I added some deviled eggs to the list of what I ate today after my last post about it. Now I'm feeling like it's a strong possibility that I'll ralph in the morning. Oh well! I'm headed to bed so hopefully I won't dream about puking all night.

Congrats! I have never had morning sickness, or I probably wouldn't have had so many kids, I HATE throwing up

Hope you find something that works for you

Same here. If labor had involved throwing up, I wouldn't have had 4 kids either.
