I'm really thinking this chick is a roo

All birds are pullets. Do you need help on breeds as well? The first black one is a Midnight Majesty Marans (which are sexlinked so males are single-copy barred or "cuckoo"), next two birds are Easter Eggers! Individual pictures would be helpful for the others!

This one has feathered feet too.

This one is like a light grey/ silver color. Not sure if the picture is conveying that lol

All are pullets!! I doubt this truly was straight run, likely a mislabeled layers assortment!!
1-likely a Sapphire Gem. Potentially could be a Blue Orpington or Andalusian
2-Is is pure white? Does it have any dark markings on hackles? If dark markings I'm guessing Delaware
3-appears to be another Easter Egger but Cream Legbar-derived
4-Dark Brahma
5-from what I can see it's an Isabella Leghorn. Hoover's did carry them over the summer but they're now mysteriously gone from their website. Is she solid lavender or does she have some markings/muted warm colors?

#2 is solid white,no other colors.
#5 I want to say has some muted warm colors.
That's so awesome that you know so much about breeds! Just out of curiosity if you don't mind my asking how long have you owned chickens? I hope to be able to remember and have that same knowledge about the different breeds some day.
I will be so stoked if they all do turn out to be pullets! I'm glad my husband talked me out of buying 10 more. Lol I was gonna order all pullets off Hoover's because I was so worried I might have gotten mostly roos. Thankyou so much!!

Huh, #2 is quite interesting then. She looks a bit courser boned then I'd expect from a White Leghorn but that's all that matches well with what Hoover's carries. They also have White Jersey Giants but all that I've seen on this forum have willow legs... Was her chick down pure white/yellow or more greyish? Definitely update if there's any change in color! Black flecks all around would mean she's a California White! I do still think she's an Isabella Leghorn then for #5! You have such a good mix of girls! You'll have many different egg colors and looks!! I've had chickens for about a decade. On this forum I've sent over 10k messages and most of them were helping others determine breeds/genders of their birds! With most threads containing multiple birds, some with even 20 individuals, I'd have to think on the low end I've help determine breeds and genders of 10-15k birds on this forum (my estimate could be off though!) Reading through replies on this forum is how I learned the most though! :) It's very helpful to read a post, make a guess in your head and check what others are saying after. It's a fun game and once you start to understand it and are mostly accurate, you can start replying! A good book for learning breeds would be Storey's Illustrated Guide to Poultry Breeds. Hatchery websites can also be quite helpful for a quick refresher. Best of luck with your flock!! Update as they age! :D
