Ours even taught how to wash dishes. Only problem was if I washed dishes the schools way, my mom would have made me wash them all again the RIGHT way

My mom didn't even believe dish washing machines do it right or good So yep ...there's a right way and that was my mom's way
Might be why I still hand wash everything (just habit)...dh uses the dish washer though

Well, I don’t watch my mom wash dishes anymore so I don’t remember how she does it. I know she uses a pan of soapy dishwater. My grandma always had the whole sink filled with soapy water. My method is to wash all the plates and stack them up, then rinse them all and put them on the rack to dry. Same with the other dishes.

Just remembered what I had forgot. How many remember the first thing the waitress did when you sat down for a meal at a restaurant way back then? I remember getting a glass of iced water followed by what will you be drinking to day? Mine was always "Iced Tea". Now I just get Iced Tea.
