I remember in the 4th grade Green Door was a pop song. One of my classmates sang it for the class several times.

It was about that same time a cheaper form of ice cream called Ice Milk with fewer calories was on the market. I think it was something to make dieters feel better and to keep milk flowing. Tasted like it had sand in it. Gritty. I know we had some because it was cheaper than the good stuff.

I'm so old I remember commercials for kids were cereal, kid bop cds and skip it toys, and scooters. When ads were for outside activity. The commercials now even on kids channels are for ED and depression along with video games and AI learning.
