It's been a long time since I've seen a sway type bar from rear bumper to front bumper connection going down the road.

A man I know has a t-post puller made like a bumper jack. I haven't been able to find one like it anywhere

That's what reminded me.
Someone had a bumper jack and we were pulling t posts. Had a little metal plate that goes on the t post and catches those nubs. The other side attaches to the jack.
He said he got the plate from an online farm store. I said the jack would probably be the hard thing to find. Said they're still available and popular with guys with rock crawler vehicles.
Might be a lead for ya....

I think Harbor Freight sells the jack and plate for pulling the fence posts. If not there someone does as I have seen it advertised somewhere. So far I've managed to get all I needed out pulled by hand.

Indeed mine didn't.
Then after I was 14 I was allowed to drive our old pos car. The rule was I had to stay on gravel. I could cover a few counties without touching blacktop.
