Song of the South - lovely movie.Are you talking about Disney’s Song of the South from the 1940s, or the 2006 film The adventures of Brer Rabbit (don’t think that one is Disney)?
I don’t think that either is banned, though Disney doesn’t stream their one.
I find in the US everyone says ‘passed away’ which is just as much of a euphemism.
