Remember when us older folks wanted to, and worked towards, getting out of mommy and daddy’s house as soon as we could? The mere thought of living with the parents into our adult years made us cringe.

I plan on living here with The Parents and saving up money to buy a house. Unaffordable to move out at 18.

Where I lived when I moved to Wyoming did not get TV reception so I never used it after that. By the time I moved to where I could get reception, color TVs were affordable.

This TV looks almost the same as my old microwave.

I remember when Super Bubble was 2 cents a piece at the concession stand
And a Bomb Pop was giant from the ice cream truck!

I remember when super bubble and jolly ranchers were 3 cents and lots of different flavors & Mary Jane’s peanut molasses that stuck to your teeth I think that was the name & some kind of banana taffy that also stuck to your teeth

But oh so good for 3 cents

I remember buying pickles from a barrel. And penny candy that was a penny a piece. From a general store that had a wooden floor, a screen door, and a porch.
