That`s about it really! The extended warranty would be good though!!I say the same thing. Then I get honest with myself and think, no I wouldn't. Life is meant to be lived!

Another history note: The current set-up is not random. It's designed so that the letters we use most are easy to reach. Less frequently used letters are placed in the furthest and/or most awkward positions. Check out X, Z, and Q. They are at the far left because most typists were right handed, so the left pinky was the weakest finger and wouldn't slow down typing speeds. If they weren't born that way, old school teaching methods beat it into them ... usually with a wooden ruler!40 words per minute was impossible, the way those keys tangled. Using a keyboard I do at least 60 wpm. That thing, it was more like 10.
Funny story. When typewriters were first introduced the letters were in alphabetical order. But as speeds increased typing speeds increased also, resulting in more jams. Rather than redesigning the system they put all the letters on random keys so the typists had to hunt for the letters, thus reducing their typing speed.
I have those knees!... I remember when I could call my knees "left" and "right" instead of "good" and "bad."
Nowadays, it's more like "not-great" and "awful!"
I LOVE this! I'm officially renaming my knees!I have those knees! Also known as "busted" and and "barely there," lol.
Changed my mind. "Old Busted Knee" and "Don't Fail Me Now Knee!"I LOVE this! I'm officially renaming my knees!
I have one that locks up and one that gives out ... and every once in awhile, they'll swap roles. I think they should BOTH be called 'Murphy!"Changed my mind. "Old Busted Knee" and "Don't Fail Me Now Knee!"![]()
