My table eggs are JMF Americans so they are big eggs but 4-5 is plenty especially since I eat them raw.
Because of their nutritional concentration quail eggs are known to make some people nauseous, others can eat all they please and not be bothered as you obviously aren't.
It's less about what fills your stomach or satisfies your mind, than the fact that ten quail eggs would be like 20 chicken eggs nutritionally. After a certain point you're body is mostly taking the fat, saturated fat, calories, and protein. So I choose to limit myself to 4 eggs a day.
