I'm SOO FLAMING MAD!! Must vent!

Omg dainerra you are right on the dot of the personality of that woman!! I knew as soon as I met her she was one of those people I just felt this large pit in my stomache saying Omg No grandma don't take her out back I wanted to say something! In another back pasture I have a proud cut gelding thats actually very dangerous! I don't allow anyone near him as he is unpredictable and thats why I own him to keep him from falling into the wrong hands. Honestly this woman seriously doesn't need to be messing around my place... If she gets hurt shes the kind of person that will have a FIT!

I doubt she washes her hands! and I know she has talked about petting other peoples dogs and letting them lick her... I'd die if anything EVER happened to my puppy Tad!!

Call the cops to give them a heads up, call her supervisors, and get a padlock for the gate with a no trespassing sign. That way if she goes in with your animals, you know she has "broken in". The "no trespassing" sign will help you cover your butt when she gets hurt doing something stupid with an unfamiliar large animal.

Bonehead!!!!!

I honestly cannot stress enough how she is putting my entire farm in a life threating bind for all of my chickens and my little pet pigs and horses and goats and my puppy... and every thursday i've made my self more stressed and sick to my stomache about her coming... I told grandma she could just go up to any pens of my chickens and put them under her arm and tote them home...

that is so horrible! i would start with the pad lock and no tresspassing sign, then report her, then put up more signs that say no tresspassing and things like private property and such afterwards call the police and report her for tresspassing on private property and it may go further! just do all you can before reporting her to the police.

ugh! people can be sooooo stupid! yes make a complaint!

we had a problem with the neighbors preteen daughter last year. one day her dog got loose and she realized we were in the busiest part of kidding season and foaling season. she gushed over the few babies we had already and went home. this girls dog kept getting 'loose' every day. Lacey my mini mare had just foaled and we had her in the barn. this girl comes POUNDING on my door. yelling 'your black and white horse and its baby are running down the middle of the road!!!' of course i freaked! i sent my roomie out back to grab a halter for lacey and ran to the road looking in the direction that the girl was pointing. but no lacey. my roomie starts yelling, and i go to the barn, and there is lacey in the barn with her 2 day old filly in their stall.

apparently this girl couldnt get the barn door open and wanted to see the baby . so she lied to me to get me to go outside!! GAH!

the next day, the girl and her dog are next to my fence. only this time i didnt know it and i let my 150lb doberman outside (he is VERY protective of his yard!!!) of course my dog is LUNGING at the fence, growling snarling barking and her dog starts lunging at my fence ( he is on a leash but out weighs the girl by about 60lbs) the girl is yelling at ME to get MY DOG back in the house, to grab him and drag him in. i told her that i was not a idiot and the last thing i was gonna do was grab a doberman who was very upset about a stranger being so close to his yard.

i told her go home and to keep the dog chained. i told her the next time i see her or her dog, i was going to her parents.
the next day, i am standing outside on the front porch smoking and i hear a noise and look at the fence next to the house. and i see this girl with dog on a leash, bending my fence down to climb it . omg i was MAD
i ripped her a new one!!
i called her dad and told him i didnt mind maria coming over to see the animals or to visit. BUT the dog is to stay home and she is to knock (i had already told her this several times) on my front door and ask me to take her back to see the animals. she is not to come on my property. she has not been back and BTW i never saw that dog off a leash i think she was using him as a excuse to come on my property without having to track me down.

since then, its a bit harder to get on my property. not impossible, but a bit harder, she has to go all the way around. this summer that will change as i am fencing with hot wire all the way around.
i hate it when people (or kids ) think they can come on your property with out permission! i was lucky that day that we have a fence. i am not sure what my doberman would have done, he has never bit someone but there is always a first time!!

BTW your little dwarf is adorable, and good for you for caring for her !

I would first try to just simply TALK to her..
"look ma'am, you can NOT go back there to see the animals anymore unless i am home, I'm very sorry.... but its a liability issue.. if you got hurt it could be big problems with my house ins and such..."

If she STILL does it... then you call her boss..

Restraining Order will help. File a complaints, ask to have a different person. But since she knows where you live she might pop up to see what is going on.

OMG Cutest little pigggy ever in your sig picture
You are correct she has no right to trespass on any part of your property without your permission and especially when you are not there to supervise her........Yes she would be more than having a fit she would be suing your arse off..........
Please call her supervisor, and have her talked to at the very least......
