Thanks for that info! I don't know what the deal is. None of mine have even been "outside" yet. And I keep things VERY clean and fresh. The only thing I can figure is they've picked it up before coming home. I haven't hatched any of my own chicks. Several came from a local farm, and 2 from the feed store. Bummer for me ...i
