Really glad she's doing good!! What's her exact age
Marek's really affects young chickens
Like in 5-6 months of age ..once they crossed their 1 year successfully without any Marek's symptoms or any new birds add in their coop then they have a good immunity n health ..

Give her some essential vitamins and amino acids orally ( not mixed in water)

Any age bird can get and die from Marek's, not just young birds.

*UPDATE* I gave her the medication as a last resort. Thanks for all your kind advice. Most of the things suggested I'd have to go out and buy and when your chicken is acting like she's dying you don't really want to leave. I will update you on her behavior and if I can get some hot peppers or anything else I will let you know. The only things she gets down are the things I put in her beak like the water and a pinch of chicken feed this morning, so I doubt she could eat those either... @casportpony she's so weak she can't open her eyes.

That's what lots of people think, but the UC Davis avian pathologist that does my necropsies assures me that birds of all ages are susceptible to Marek's.

Just want to say that just because someone suggest something doesn't mean you should try it. The hot peppers is a stupid idea in my opinion and have seen people kill their birds by making them aspirate the hot peppers! You should always do your own research and decide what makes the most sense to you.
