I'm not sure what it's called, but it's a pill medication used for treating a variety of worm species.

I seriously doubt that worming her is what killed her, and to the best of my knowledge, worming a bird that has a bacteria or fungal infection of the crop is safe.Ohh maybe that medication killed her because worming medicine are dangerous with sour crop ..
Anyways she's in peace now

I disagree with your vet. Many birds will have worms and show NO symptoms until they are INFESTED. And ONLY round worms will EVER be seen in the dropping because the others stay inside the intestinal tract (OK tape worms too), and only the MICROSCOPIC eggs will pass in the feces. My vet told me that a bird with worms will show rapid signs like getting thinner and eating regularly or more , dirty feathers from vent , and in serious cases worms appear in poop

I know they are still exposed to cocci.. but I'm not completely sure about worms. However, if you have fed earth worms.. I know the answer is yes they could because sometimes the eggs of the other species are on those earth worms.Ohh thank u for telling me I'll mark ur words too dear do pet chicken who live inside home got worms too?
