Immediate crisis, abandoned egg, please help

There's not much to see beyond a weak chick. I gave her a drop of nutri drench. View attachment 1884186
That doesn't look too terribly bad actually. I've rushed them before where they had more yolk than this still un absorbed and after a few hours it was all closed up and doing just fine. Just Keep it warm for now it may just surprise you.
 
Got a heat lamp on it?

If mine i would make some hot water bottles, heat up a towel in the microwave of clothes dryer, wrap duckling in warm towel, place on hot water bottles, and try to get it body temp up.

Wet and exposed like that it's getting too cold.
She has a heating pad under the box and a blanket on
 
I would put some pebbles or marbles in water so she doesn't drown herself and som chick starter or mash for her? Once that umbilical cord dries and severs on it's own she should get more active, and you can show her where the food and water is
I don't have any food and water in with her now, and I don't intend to until she is moving about freely. She hasn't moved on her own at all yet.
