Impacted crop? Huge esophagus ????

My 3 month old cream legbar is really suffering. Her crop is HUGE, like the size of a tennis ball.. it is firm but kind of squishy like sand. She looks like a big giant ball. She can barely walk, and her esophagus is so perturbed that it is curved and she has to hold her head kind of back. She is pooping, but her crop is still HUGE and no improvement. I don't know what I should do.... she's been isolated for about 14 hours now, we have tried to puke her but NOTHING comes out. We've been giving her lots of water.... help please.

She could be eating sand, that happens to chickens sometimes, put her where there is no sand, and see if that helps

She isn't eating and she can barely walk around so we have her inside in a basket for now... I'm not sure how to clear a blocked crop

Give her charcoal pills I give them to mine when they get like that, and I know it is not sand. It works for mine anyway.
