Impacted crop to ... doughy or squishy crop?

So, Priscilla’s crop is still a watery full. She is still active, walks around, eats grit and drinks garlic water. After she drinks, water comes back out.
To me that says there is no point trying to syringe liquid into her.
But something is getting through, because she poops. Her poops are normal looking.
Being the non expert that I am, my guess is that there is an obstruction further down, but it is not totally blocked.
At 9 am her second 24h fast will be over. The plan is to let her have a small amount of yogurt.
I am still wondering, shall I continue the coconut oil? Will it help or hinder?
Even though the hen is active, preening, flying up to counters, talking, following us around... I realize that if the obstruction doesn’t dissolve, here is not much hope.
Any advice on my course of action would be appreciated.
The only dewormer I have here is ivermectin horse paste. I have no idea if that’s somthing one can give to a chicken.

Worms can certainly cause an intestinal blockage. Giving more oil won't harm her, and worming her might be something worth trying. Ivermectin can be given to chickens, but let's ask @casportpony how you dose a chicken with the paste form.

She needs to be watched very closely after worming as this can throw a chicken into shock if the worm load is very large. You will need to be ready to treat for shock with sugar water and electrolytes.

The crop being full of liquid in the morning is almost always a sign of yeast conditions. Another reason why a crop won't empty ovenight, even with treatment for the crop disorder, is that the crop is hanging too low for the contents to empty. A solution to promoting emptying is a crop bra.

One can give ivermectin to a chicken, but it's not an effective poultry de-wormer. What ivermectin paste do you have?? let me know and I will calculate a dose.

2. Have you been weighing her daily?
3. Has she lost weight?
4. When did she lay her last egg?
5. Have you checked for mites and lice?
6. Is she eating and drinking normally?
7. Can you bring her into a warm room? (80-85 degrees f is ideal)

I have Bimectin oral paste for horses.
To answer your questions,
1. No. I phoned to make an appointment to take her in yesterday, and the vet came on the phone, telling me, other than fasting her again there was nothing else that can be done. He is good with my goats, but obviously had no clue about chickens.
2. No. I can start now though.
3. I don’t know.
4. In August. I bought her and her 3 friends in August as a 2 year-old “very good layer”. They each layed one egg and then nothing since.
5. I just checked her again: SHE HAS LICE!
I will check out lice treatment ASAP
6. No. Drinking yes. Eating yes, until I pulled her out, fasted her, then the crop full of liquid stopped her from eating. Has been started on yogurt today.
7. She has been inside for the last 2 days, and 2 nights.

Off to read up on lice treatment now.

She has been getting increasingly itchy today. I think the lice just got real bad today.
