I had a kind of similar problem last year--crop was large, squishy, no food was passing. An impacted crop will be hard, not squshy. It's packed full of feed. Most likely this is sour crop. You can give her yogurt and ACV and also massage it to get things moving. You can also give her olive oil. For my hen I believe the problem was a bird that she'd eaten a while back, and she needed supportive care so that she didn't starve while it broke down. She was fine and is now healthy

if nothing changes and food just isn't moving, I'd suspect a reproductive problem. Often crop and reproductive problems are connected. Hopefully she recovers!
