Impacted crop?

What do you feed her?
Do you provide grit (crushed granite)?

I'd treat according to this article, but in addition to that, I would get some Vitamins into her - Specifically 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily to see if these help with the balance issues. Balance problems may resolve when you get the crop symptom cleared up, but the vitamins won't hurt her.

Any lice/mites?
Look in her ears for infection as well.

How far are you from the grocery store? Trust me, coconut oil is much much much easier to give than liquid oil. You will end up getting more on you and more on your chicken than inside her, and you risk getting it into her airway and causing instant death by choking, or if not death, pneumonia from aspirating it.

They all get Chick Grower seed mix. Only a few manage to get leftover veggies but a small handful between 21 chickens is nothing. Huggie isn't quick enough to score any leftovers.
Grit is shell grit available 24/7 plus my own crushed egg shells. Also plenty of options while foraging. I can treat for lice/mites with spray or ivermectin although I don't see any.

Ok yep that doesn't sound good! I could get some today, if the store has some.

Grit is usually crushed granite that goes in the gizzard and is used for digestion. Oyster shell and egg shell provide calcium and is used for making egg shells. Chickens need both, provided separately, and they will help themselves to as much as they need.

My feed store only sell grit - shell grit, crushed seashells. I'll have to look online then to find something else for grit. I haven't had a problem before with crop issues. They all forage around in my yard that has plenty of options for grit. Too many rocks probably. My coop is on dirt also so no doubt tiny stones in that too. I will look online and see what I can find.

They must be finding or getting what they need somehow.

Right.
You're in Australia, so I think "Shell Grit" is oyster shell (Soluble Grit) and Crushed Granite is Insoluble Grit.
Different terms for different parts of the world:)

None of my local stores sell insoluble grit...
In my chicken area.. lots of stones in dirt but also plenty of grass. Other areas with just tiny stones/rocks. Would it be good to gather up some stones myself and have them in a pile for easy picking grit?
