Impacted Crop!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if it was really mushy and her breath smells bad then I would say sour crop in which case you should hold her in your arms and tilt her FORWARD pressing her crop untill she vomits, continue to repeat untill she can't take it, don't stress her out too much. I totally understand the vet thing....they probably wouldn't know what to do wither. An impacted crop is usually rock hard.

I have had a few that eat A LOT and look like they are going to burst their crop. then in the morning it is all fine again. Good job! I'm glad Rubys OK

Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar ( 1 tablespoon in a gal of water). It changes the pH in crop will get rid of bacteria if its sour crop. Its acidic so might help break up mass if its impacted. If its soft I say more likely its sour crop and not impacted.

thanks for all the responses everyone!! u all helped save rubys life because i was going to try to vomit her which probably would have killed her. thanks soooooo much everyone.
