2 separate flocks of my chickens just moved into one cage and all except 1 want to pick on my EE. What should i do. All she wants to do is stay inside on the roost bar all day and when she comes out they chase her around the cage. Im so confused because she was once at the top of the pecking order. How do i stop it before it gets worse. Should i just close the coop during the day so she can't go in?

How old is the EE? She might be in the last stages of life. Sometimes other chickens can sense it before humans.

If you had two set ups, you could put her with one or two other birds? What are sizes of the coop/run, what are the number of birds? Why did you put them all together?

This. We really need to know how many birds were in each group as well as their ages. Dimensions of their coop and run are also valuable information.

And ... was she a "resident" of this coop before? Or part of the "intruders"?

Were they ever introduced slowly?..Did they free range together?. I think you might need to put them back into their old Coops and introduce them slowly.
