Impulse bought this boy, what is he?

I saw this guy at the feed store and thought that he looked cool. He was raised at a day care where they hatch the eggs for educational purpose. The kids all took turns playing with him, so he is super friendly! He was hatched in June.

almost looks like a modified rosecomb, so I vote buff polish X Silver spangled hamburg.

looks like a red shouldered yokohama/polish cross, he has a small crest.
