They may have dark legs, but they don't have black skin like silkies or Ayams

Instead of silkie I'd look at svart honas for the black skin, then you won't get the feathered legs. But you'd need to find a different breed for the walnut comb.
Do you think the ee's might add too much of a wild card, due to their mixed breeds?

Jersey giants have an emerald tint to them.

So do many other breeds, but Sumatra is my preferred breed for this project.

I'll be getting Malay chickens next month, so I may add some Malay for added height after my first line of Emerald Dragons are created.

RIRs don't really have a green sheen, more of a glossy red.
