I have been getting that message too. I ignore it because I receive my PM's with no trouble. I run virus checks on a regular basis and it hasn't come up with anything.

It seems to be a rogue ad that is coming through one of our ad partners (like Google AdSense). We're trying to track down which ad network is serving it so we can shut it down.
