Incandescent Bulb Replacent

So.. I have built an incubator from an old fridge and 4 x40 w bulbs..
I just want to know if there are any replacement for the light bulbs with some sort of heating element....So that I get even temperatures in the incubator

I have heard of sand incubators before. These use sand and Kerosene lamps to heat an incubator. I don't know if you can do it with a re-purposed refrigerator, though.
