Incorrect breed labelling - What's the worst you've seen?

For me, this "D'uccle" standing up front

Lets see... just this spring, my local TSC had the following:

and somehow I posted without finishing the post....
Bin Label ...................... Actual Breed
Cornish X ........................ Light Brahma
Light Brahma .................... Easter Eggers
Black Sex Links ..................Gold Laced Wyandottes
Red Sex Links ................... black sex links

The brahma bin actually contained the easter eggers (of course listed as ameraucana) along with austrolorps and another breed I can't remember, but wasn't present. Maybe RIR.
Basically they got the whole order in, but none of the labels right.
