Incubating button quail humidity?

so I put some button quail eggs in an incubator but the humidity won’t go any lower than 60-65%. I put a small dehumidifier in there which is keeping it low 60s. Is that too high or do I need to find something else to keep it lower?

Humidity is measured % not Fahrenheit I’m afraid so I am a little confused by your post?

Do you have a separate hygrometer and thermometer?
Do they read correctly?

Do you have any water in your incubator? Reducing the surface area of water should reduce your % of humidity.
